Rewild the World at Bedtime

In Rewild the World at Bedtime: Twenty Hopeful Stories from Mother Nature, author Emily Hawkins and illustrator Ella Beech share twenty illustrated and soothing bedtime stories designed to inspire children aged 5-8 and ease climate anxiety at bedtime. Each story tells the tale of a real-life rewilding or conservation project that is helping environments around the world to repair and thrive.

While in the process of developing this website, where I try to inspire young readers and changemakers, I was very surprised to receive an email from author Emily Hawkins, who requested to share my story in her newest children’s book.

I am honored that she picked my story as part of her book that targets such a young audience, and I am happy to share the chapter about me with you here.
